Production introduction
PVC co-extrusion foaming board production line is composed of two extruders SJ80 and SJ65, which belong to a three-layer co-extrusion product. The production line has the advantage of stable extrusion, high output, smooth surface, and high hardness.
This equipment can be used as a bath cabinet board, wood decorative board, cabinet board, furniture board, advertising board, and building template. It is a new environmental protection material with broad market prospects.
Production process and equipment composition
Conical twin screw extruder→Mould →Distributor→Finalization platform→cooling rack→haul off→Trimming →Cutter→Automatic Stacker→Manipulator lift plate.

PVC powder, Carbon calcium, PVC addictives ect.
